FAQ

Questions, answered

Is NurseLingo free?

Yes, it's free to download and usable free: the lock-screen widget and sticky note, flashcards and Quick Review, 3 starter decks. Premium unlocks every deck, all 600+ practice questions, every podcast and cheat sheet. Premium is $6.99/month, $49.99/year with a 3-day free trial, or $69.99 once for lifetime access.

Is NurseLingo for nursing school or the NCLEX?

Both. Decks are organized by nursing course (fundamentals, health assessment, pharmacology, med-surg, OB, peds, mental health), and the practice questions, NCLEX rules and lab values target the exam.

Who writes the content?

NurseLingo is made by a licensed RN who passed the NCLEX in 85 questions. The terms and questions are written and approved by an RN and checked against current clinical references.

Does it work on my phone?

NurseLingo runs on iPhone and iPad, iOS 17 or later. Add the lock-screen widget by long-pressing your lock screen, tapping Customize, and choosing NurseLingo. On Android, the free NurseLingo app on Google Play has 750+ study cards across your courses, NCLEX question decks and rules, TEAS prep, study reminders and a home-screen widget. The multiple-choice practice bank with rationales, podcasts and Professor Lingo are on iPhone and iPad for now.

Is NurseLingo enough to pass the NCLEX on its own?

No single resource is. NurseLingo gives you practice questions with rationales, cheat sheets and daily review; use it alongside your program's coursework and a full-length NCLEX question bank.

What happens to my data?
